Getting to Thursday's Bikers Breakfast

BPAC's Merry Rabb just posted this info to the DurhamBikeandPed Yahoo email list:

Just a reminder that Durham BPAC's Bike Month breakfast event, the Mad Biker's Breakfast - is tomorrow morning (Thursday May 17) from 7am to 9am on the patio of the Mad Hatter Bakeshop and Cafe, 1802 W. Main Street (corner of Main & Broad) in Durham. Mad Hatter's is once again providing some free breakfast beverages and pastries for this event.
Note: if you have been down that part of Main Street lately you know it is under construction, and the Main Street entrance to the Mad Hatter/Whole Foods parking lot is closed. The only open vehicular entrances to the parking lot are from Perry Street or from Broad Street southbound near the corner of Main. If you are heading west on Main Street you can keep right through the Broad Street intersection, pull up to the corner and get into the Mad Hatter front lot via the sidewalk - be careful as there seems to be a lot of gravel in the road! Iredell Street is technically closed to all but construction traffic but it is not literally barricaded off on the Main Street end, so you could possibly also pull over there and walk your bike in from that direction too.
Hope to see many of you tomorrow morning!
